Manual door call programming
When installing the S 850-... in an
existing system, there are two pro
gramming possibilities: Manual or
PC programming.
Programming with PC is described
in the InHome Bus Video System
Manual.
1 Switch on the programming mode.
At the BVNG 650..., press the pro
gramming mode button briefly. The
LED1 flashes in a 2-second rhythm
to indicate that the programming
mode is active.
4 At the door station, hold down the
required call button for 4 seconds
until a protracted tone sounds at the
door loudspeaker. The call button is
now assigned to the Scope.

In new systems, programming is also
possible using Plug+Play.

2 At the door station, hold down the
light/programming button for 4 sec
onds. A protracted acknowledge
ment tone is then audible which is
repeated every 5 seconds as long
as the programming mode remains
active.
5 The call button is now firmly
assigned to the Scope.
Program additional users using the
same procedure or quit the pro
gramming mode.
In-Home
Prog.
3 Siedle Scope
Press the Prog. button on the base
station for 4 seconds. The red Prog.
LED then flashes in a one-second
rhythm. The Siedle Scope is now in
the programming mode.
