- A single push of the START/STOP
button allows you to start the selected programme for the
cooking.
CAUTION: A single push of the PROGRAMMES
button allows you to exit the programming mode and
to return to MANUAL cooking mode. The TEMPERATURE/PROGRAMMES display (10) shows the
temperature in the cooking chamber (TEMPERATURE icon
flashing) and the TIME/HUMIDITY display
(9) shows the value of the first ignition time (00:00) (CLOCK icon
lit).
While a programme is running the display and the modification of the cooking parameters proceed as
described in the MANUAL modality function (section 2.4).
EXAMPLE FOR SETTING A BAGUETTE-COOKING PROGRAMME
Turn the oven on with the ON/OFF button
Pressing the PROGRAMMES button
(appears the flashing message P01 on the TEMPERATURE
/PROGRAMMES display (10))
Choose the programme number to set with INCREASE
or DECREASE
and wait until the
TEMPERATURE/PROGRAMMES display (10) stops flashing
Set the temperature by pressing the INCREASE
or DECREASE
buttons until you reach
the desired temperature of 185°C, wait for the CHAMBER/PROGRAMMES (10) to stop flashing.
(the temperature will this way be set and the TEMPERATURE/PROGRAMMES display (10) will display
again the temperature present in the cooking chamber.
The RESISTORS icon
will turn green to indicate that the set temperature is higher than that of the
cooking chamber)
To set the time press the TIME button
(it will make the message END flash on the TIME/HUMIDITY
press the INCREASE
or DECREASE
button until you reach the
display (9))
desired time of 1 minute and wait for the TIME/HUMIDITY display (9) to stop flashing
(the time
will be set)
Set the humidity pressing the HUMIDITY button
(will make the message OFF flash on the
TIME/HUMIDITY display (9)) press the INCREASE
or DECREASE
buttons until you reach
the desired humidity value of 20% (off, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100%) and wait for the TIME/HUMIDITY
display (9) to stop flashing
(Now that you have set the first cooking stage on the TIME/HUMIDITY display (9)
icon is lit)
Press the STEPS button
(on the TIME/HUMIDITY display (9) the
is now lit up, which indicates
the programming of the second step)
