3. Installation
- All installation work must be carried out by qualified personnel according to the legislation in force.
- Before placing the oven be sure of the size, the weight and the placement of electrical and water
connections when necessary.
- The equipment is not suitable for recessed or overlapping installation; it must be positioned in such a way
that the water and electrical connections are easy to inspect and can be reached during normal use. Place
the oven on a sturdy and sable support, out of the reach of children, never on the floor. The oven must be
placed in a ventilated area, away from other heat sources, and away from appliances that produce cold as
it could affect their functionality.
- Before installing the oven, remove the protective plastic from the outer parts where it still is present. Any
adhesive residue should be removed with a suitable solvent, which is not acidic or abrasive.
- Attach the four feet supplied as shown.
- Electrical connection
- The connection to the main supply must be carried out in strict compliance with the laws in force and must
be performed by qualified personnel. Be sure of the correspondence of the voltage value shown on the
nameplate and that of the power cord. During the operation, the supply voltage shall not deviate by ± 10%
of nominal value.
- Between the appliance and the mains supply place an isolating switch with a contact separation of at least
3mm. and with thermal magnetic protection or differential. This switch should be easily accessible after the
installation.
- The appliance must be earthed.
- Connection:
- For models with external terminal, without power cable act as follows:
- Open the terminal cover by unscrewing the closing screw and using a screwdriver on the holding tabs,
insert the power cord and secure it; doing the connections following the diagram placed on the rear of the
appliance.
