Low Battery Warning

If battery warning alarm activates while using the
instrument, leave the area immediately as the end of
battery life is approaching. Failure to follow this
warning can result in serious personal injury or death.

The battery icon blinks when battery life is nearly expired. The Alarm
LEDs flash once per minute under this condition.
The duration of remaining instrument operation during the low battery
warning depends on ambient temperatures, battery condition and
alarm status.
When the instrument goes into battery warning the:
• battery life indicator continuously blinks
• alarm sounds and alarm LEDs flash once per minute
• Safe LEDs no longer flash
• instrument continues to operate until it is turned OFF or battery
shutdown occurs
