5 Keep-warm functi on
The keep-warm functi on is suitable only for hard boiled eggs. Rinse the eggs
under cold running water, before using the keep-warm functi on.
Note: There should not be any water in the bowl when using the keep-warm
functi on.
Place the egg holder in the appliance. Now place the eggs in the holder with the
hole facing upwards and close the lid.
Now press the ON-OFF switch provided on the front side of the appliance to the
right in order to start the keep-warm functi on. The indicator starts glowing.
Put the ON-OFF switch back to the middle positi on to stop the process.

6 Cleaning
Please follow these instructi ons when cleaning to avoid injuries and damage to
the appliance:
• Switch off the appliance before cleaning and allow it to cool
down.
• Ensure that the mains plug is disconnected from the socket.
• Do not open the appliance.
• Do not immerse the appliance in liquids.
• Do not use any cleaning agents or solvents.
The bowl and the mains cable can be cleaned using a slightly damp cloth.
If there is any calcifi cati on, use a soluti on of water and a litt le vinegar. Then boil
once using clean water only to remove the smell of vinegar.
