Installation of the exhaust duct
When using the COOL and DRY modes, the exhaust duct must be installed. In FAN
mode, the exhaust duct does not need to be installed.
Depending on requirements, the flexible exhaust duct can be moderately compressed
and tensioned, but not arbitrarily stretched and bent. The exhaust duct can be connected
to a window or installed in the wall. Based on the accessories of the unit you purchased,
you can install the aluminium pipe as follows:
(1) Attach adapters A and B (with flat or round end) to the exhaust duct as shown in the
picture.
Installation on the window
(2) Connect the exhaust duct to the air outlet connector on back of the unit. Slide-in the
adaptor A downwards until it is locked in place.
