11. Operation
Always pull the mains plug before filling the tanks.
Never fill the tanks with flammable liquids or add such to the fluids. Use only suitable water-
based fog liquids and suitable soap bubble fluids (for suitable fluids, see online on the product
page under „Accessories").
Never tilt the device. Liquids may leak out or enter the inside of the device and cause damage
there or injure the operator.
Make sure that no fluid enters the inside of the device when you are filling it with fog liquid. This
may cause damage to the device and potentially fatal electrical shock.
Ensure that the tank for the fog fluid never runs empty during operation. If this happens any-
way, the conveyor pump will switch off automatically and the yellow LED will light up in the
housing opening for the fog fluid tank. Switch off the device without delay using the mains button
ON/OFF (2) and let it cool off.
Only top up the fog fluid tank after the device is cooled off. The fill level of the tanks is evident from
tank fill level displays on the side of the device.
If no fog emerges, the device is still warming up or reheating (the green indicator LED on the
remote control is not lit).
Slight fog lag after deactivation/disconnection of a device is normal and does not suggest a
defect.
If you no longer require the device, disconnect the mains plug and let the device cool down.
Then empty the tanks. This prevents leaking of liquid during transport or storage.
a) Commissioning
• Ensure that the mains plug is not plugged in.
• Unscrew the tank cover from the device and fill fog liquid into the tank. The fill level can be read on the
side at the tank fill display.
• Then screw on the tank closure lid again.
• Fill soap bubble fluid into the fluid tank below the fog and soap bubble opening (6). The rings for soap
bubble production must be able to submerse entirely into the soap bubble liquid during rotation. The fill
level can be read on the side at the tank fill display.
• Plug the mains plug into a mains socket with a protective ground contact.
• Switch the device on using the ON/OFF mains switch (2). With the device on, the mains switch lights up
and the device heats up.
• Heating up takes approx. 4-5 minutes.
• Once the device has reached its operating temperature, the green indicator LED on the wire-bound
remote control is lit and the device is ready for operation.
