1. GENERAL SAFETY RULES

Before installing and correctly using the lifting tank, carefully read the instructions in this manual and in the one accompanying the destination
pump.
All installation operations, i.e. electrical and hydraulic connections, must be carried out by qualified personnel, see the definition of technical
personnel according to IEC 364. Keep out of the reach of children. The product is not suitable for untrained or inexperienced persons. The safety
regulations concerning installation and maintenance must be harmonized with the regulations in force in the country of destination.
Check that the product has not been damaged during transport and storage, the outer casing must be perfectly intact, and all the components must
be in excellent condition.
Do not use flammable or highly corrosive liquids.
Being a system connected to the electricity grid, the product falls within the residual risk category.
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
Always favour the circulation of air before any installation or maintenance, the biological tanks may contain poisonous GASES.
Do not immerse your hands or other parts of the body inside the tank without first disconnecting the pump from the mains.
Always use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) before handling the product.
Always use original Dreno spare parts; always report the serial number shown on the ID plate for correct identification.
1.1 RESPONSIBILITY
The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by the system if it has been tampered with or works in conditions that do not comply with
the provisions described.
2. IDENTIFICATION OF THE PRODUCT
An identification plate containing the main characteristics of the product is applied on Dreno Box lifting stations as well as on Dreno Pompe pu-
mps, please refer to the data contained therein for any information or requests.
3. USES
DrenoBOX lifting systems are ideal for collecting and disposing of sewage and domestic waste located below the sewage system and whenever it is
necessary to shred solid bodies before them being poured into the sewage system.
The liquid poured into the tank must not exceed 40°C, a maximum of 90°C is allowed for a short time.
The tank cannot be installed in environments containing flammable and/or corrosive dust, gases, fluids.
