Name Format
This option allows you to change the name prefix for your recordings. By
default this is set to IMAG and so your recordings will be saved as
IMAG0001.jpg or IMAG0002.avi.
You may wish to change this, to identify your recordings or for
compatibility with a reading device. You can use the jog switch to move
up and down through the alphabet and numbers 0-9 to set your own
unique recording prefix.
Unit ID
This allows you to embed the ID of your camera into your recordings. This
can be useful to identify which camera made the recording but also for
names of projects, objects or customers, this is especially useful when
using your inspection camera for many different but similar tasks.
Examples:- H123 GNM a car registration or MR SMITH a customer
Using name format and Unit ID you can identify and organise your
recordings. Save the entry as all blanks to stop the Unit ID being stamped
on recordings.
