Troubleshooting and Product support
Your inspection camera is fitted with an Anti-Shock Protection System
that will automatically shut it down if it is dropped from a height or
severely knocked. To restart, simply turn on as normal.
In the unlikely event that your video inspection camera freezes a reset
button is located behind the right side cover above the SD card slot.
Press this to reset your unit. If that does not solve your problem try fitting
new batteries.
Depending on the application, some of our cameras have an auto white
balance feature (AWB) which automatically adjusts the image depending
on the amount of light available. This can cause the image to flicker or the
colours to change during use. This is normal behaviour and NOT a fault.
Our cameras are tuned to give the best performance for specific
applications and colour and focal distance will vary between different
cameras. This is normal.
