Select the type of set point:
Type
"Upper set point": Signal exceeds the set point.
"Lower set point": Signal undercuts the set point.
Set point
Analogue alarm set point in the preset engineering units, e.g. in C, bar, ... .
The alarm condition is only cancelled when the signal has changed by the
Hysteresis
preset value. Prevents hunting if the signal continuously changes around the
preset set point.
In order to be interpreted as an alarm the signal must exceed or undercut the
Time delay
alarm set point for the time set up.
Switches the respective relay when in alarm condition. The terminal numbers
Switched output
can be fount in brackets. Please also take note of connection hints (see
"Safety hints/correct use" and "Connections/terminal layout").
If the alarm set point is active and the "LV messages" are set to

"Do not display": Alarm condition is indicated by a red background on the
measurement point identifier.
"No (Standard)": Plot continues using the preset feed rate (settings in "Basic
settings").
Feed rate change
"When LV active": Plot using alarm feed rate so long as (minimum) a
measurement point is in an alarm condition (settings in "Basic settings").
Hint: Increased memory requirement !
• Setting up only required if the digital inputs are to be used.
Active input releases the selected function. The digital inputs are high active,
this means that the selected action takes place after connection of
Function
+12...+30 VDC.
