8. Troubleshooting

If the c-Go fails to perform properly, please check the status display on the unit first.
Two flashing displays indicate an error status. The error code may be determined by
observing how many times the displays are flashing. In case of an error the following
flashing sequence will run:

Upon elimination of the error cause the c-Go may be rebooted by disconnecting the
unit briefly from the power supply.

Reboot the c-Go. If the problem continues,
contact the service department
Mode the battery and the c-Go to a warmer place.

Allow the c-Go to cool down for 15 minutes.
Restart the charging procedure.
Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
If the problem persists, contact the service depart-
ment
Check the battery and the wiring.
