c) Lower the Lid (5) by pressing on the Handle (6) (FIG. I1), and then
with your other hand engage it by rotating one of the two Knobs (7) in
the arrow direction LOCK (fig. I2) The Lid (5) must remain completely
lowered down. (fig. I3)
d) Set sealing time if required (see section 3.1 - Setting sealing time)
