Make s ure that the hos es are well pos itioned and are
not pinc hed or s queezed any where.

Inc reas e t he pres s ure of y our pump.
Remov e the fauc et from the wall, dis c onnec t the hot
and c old c onnec tors from the v alv e and remov e all dirt
and debris .
Soak the thermos tatic c artridge in a (50/ 50) s olution of
water and v inagar, for 12h. Cons ult the c artridge
remov al manuel for ins trutions before s tarting .
Plac e y our rain s hower head at an angle to allow the
water to drain.
Contac t Tenzo for a c artridge replac ement .
Make the adjus tment of the temperature of y our w ater
heater.
Remov e the fauc et from the wall, dis c onnec t the hot
and c old c onnec tors from the v alv e and remov e all dirt
and debris .
Contac t Tënzo for pos s ible adjus tement of the
thermos tatic c artridge.
No s olution pos s ible.
