3) Adjusting the vent terminal length
Make sure the vent terminal has been set to the appropriate length and the outlet is oriented
properly to prevent combustion and operation problems.
The length of the vent terminal must be
adjusted to fit with the wall thickness before
the installation is completed.
The red line should be visible.
The red rectangle should not be
visible from the outdoors.
4) Attach vent terminal to the wall flange.
Fill in clearance with
sealant
* Installation pattern (3) yields a clearance between the vent terminal and
the wall surface. Fill this clearance with a high temperature sealant.

Remove this screw and slide
out the external cylinder.
The sleeve length can be
adjusted in increments
of 10mm (0.4").
Note: If the vent terminal will be installed in
orientations (2) or (3) from the table on the
previous page, the outlet cylinder will have
to be rotated so that it is oriented properly.
