saisisser la poignée de l'extracteur, bloquer le Pod avec votre pied, et effectuer une traction selon la flèche.
Hold the pilotchute handle, stop the bag using foot, and pull as the arrow shows.
A l'issue de cette opération l'extracteur doit prendre son extension maximale, c'est à dire que le ruban de renfort central
doit être tendu: une marque verte apparaît dans la fenêtre de la drisse témoignant du bon armement de l'extracteur.
