Trouble Shooting
FAULT SYMPTOM
"No display"
"Display unstable"

With an error in the conductivity measuring circle at the current outputs for conductivity
NOTE
there are 0 mA. (only at 4...20 mA!).
If a fault cannot be eliminated with the list above, please send the transmitter with the
measuring cell to the factory.
NOTE
After a repair in the factory the unit will be set to the ground configuration (chapter 8.4.5).

RECTIFICATION
Check supply voltage or check
whether miniature or fuse faulty if nec.
replace fuse
Check measuring cell installation site
for air bubbles or inadequate pipe
filling
Check supply voltage for fluctuations
Check wire, terminals and connected
analysing unit
Check zero point suppression
(conductivity < than start of
measurement)
Clean measuring hole
Push 2 x SEL button; if fault comes
once more exchange the unit
Exchange transducer
Check connection (core wire colour
code) possibly exchange transducer
Reduce TKα or temperature to values
within the limits
