Troubleshooting

PROBLEM
The Battery Monitor doesn't
operate (no display / display
blocked)
There is a default display on
the Battery Monitor
Wrong display of the current
polarity ( positive when
discharging)
Wrong indication of the state
of charge
The monitor display « XXX »
in place of the temperature

SOLUTION OR SUGGESTION
- Check the connections between the batteries and
the battery monitor.
- Check the fuses (internal of battery monitor /
measurement board).
- Check battery voltage. It must be more than 8VDC.
- Try restarting the battery monitor by disconnecting
and reconnecting all RJ11 cables.
- Turn on the simultaneous viewing of the 3 batteries
(VUE_SIMULT) and press simultaneously the left and
right button until « bip » then release. Then reactivate
the Battery Monitor by pressing the middle button .
NB : This action saves all your settings before reset.
- Current sense leads from the shunt are reversed
(check the installation guide)
- Make synchronization when the battery is fully
charged.
- There is no temperature sensor detected on the
concerned connector.
