TOOL CONTROL
1 Check every housing screw with the
hex wrench before using the tool and
tighten when necessary.
Check the tool for damages and rust.
Let damaged tool repair.
TOP UP LUBRICATING OIL
1 Lay the hammer on its side. Check the
oil level at the inspection glass. Top up
oil level before using the tool for the
first time or at low level.
Note: Inadequate lubrication will damage
the tool.
3 Level up lubrication oil:
Required oil:
ISO VG 46
INSERT CHISEL
1 Let chisel 4 cool down before removing
it from the tool.
Caution! Danger of burning due to
hot tool. Let tool cool down and
wear protection gloves.
3 Insert chisel 4 with the notch facing up-
ward into the holder 3.

PROTECTION EQUIPMENT
Put on suitable protection shoes, pro-
tection glasses, dust mask, hearing
protection and protection gloves before
using the tool.
2 Lay the hammer on its side with the
screw plug pointing upwards. Unscrew
the screw plug by turning it counter-
clockwise
4 Screw down the screw plug and the
sealing ring by turning it clockwise.
Check tightness.
Caution! Danger of slipping due to
leaking oil.
2 Pull out the locking bolt 5 and turn it by
180°. Remove chisel if attached.
4 Pull out the locking bolt and turn by
180°. Check if the chisel 4 sits loose,
but can't be pulled out.
