7.5 Maintenance

Controllers do not require any maintenance.
You may only work on controllers in accordance with these instructions. If there is a fault with the
unit, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer or send the unit in for repair.

7.6 Cleaning

You can clean the transformer controller with a clean, lint-free cloth.

Cleaners containing solvents attack the material and can damage it.

Avoid the ingress of fluids. Damage to the unit cannot be ruled out.
Therefore, never clean the controller in a tunnel washing facility or with
a high-pressure cleaner.

7.7 Disposal and return

The controller must either be disposed of according to the applicable directives and regulations,
or returned to the manufacturer.
The controller contains electronic components, leads, metals, plastics, etc., and must be disposed
of in accordance with the applicable environmental regulations of the respective country. In Ger-
many, disposal is governed by the Elektro-G (RoHS) [Electrical Code] and in the European Econo-
mic Area by EU Directive 2002/95/EC or the relevant national legislation.
Do not dispose of in domestic waste.
