MICROGRAIN PNEUMATIC SANDBLASTING BOOTH

Secure door before operating machine.
Failure to do could result in serious injury.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE:
WARNING: Disconnect machine from air supply and electrical outlets before performing maintenance.
1. Clean dust collector and lters.
2. Check wear parts (i.e. nozzles, ori ces and gloves).
3. Check abrasives. Abrasives wear out and need to be replaced occasionally.
4. Clean inside of cabinet occasionally.
5. Avoid moisture in the air lines and abrasive.
6. Check door gaskets for leaks weekly.
7. Do not operate the Blasting System at over 100 psi.
8. Don't use over 70 watt, 12 volt light bulb.
• User must always wear the correct protective equipment including respirator, dust hood, eyes protections, and
protective clothing.
• The following materials can be used in this unit: abrasive blasting agent, ilmenite, crushed smelter slag low in
heavy metal content, crushed recycled glass, pelletized alumina, aluminum oxide, metal shot, steel grit, sodium
bicarbonate or any crushed rock containing less than 2% silica content.
DO NOT USE BEACH AND RIVER SAND AS THEY CAN PRODUCE TOXIC SILICA DUST
