Mounting preparations

Tool
Required tools:

Hexagon socket wrench (size 4)

Installation procedure

Proceed as follows:
1. Loosen the hexagon screws and dismantle
the clamp collars
Polarisation lock VEGAPULS 64, 69 • 4 ... 20 mA

2. For sensors with plastic horn antenna and
40 mm clamping diameter, use a adjusting
ring.
3. Assemble the clamp collars on the housing
- process fitting junction

4 Screws
4. Tighten hexagon screws evenly in two or
three passes. Tightening torque, see chap-
ter "Technical data".
5. Check if the housing is securely tightened
against the process fitting
