7. MAINTENANCE

WARNING
Only qualified personnel is allowed
to perform the operations described in this chapter.
Operator or staff training is necessary before
performing any cleaning or maintenance operation
to the air heater:
• read and understand the instructions contained in
all the manuals delivered with the air heater;
• get familiarized with the proper use of all controls
and components of the air heater;
• contact Munters in case training is necessary;
• inform the maintenance staff and operators on the
cleaning and maintenance operations contained
in this chapter.

7.1 Maintenance schedule

The prerequisites for proper maintenance operation
of the air heater are:

and disconnected from electrical line and fuel line;
• air heater is sufficiently cool if previously was
functioning;
• fan/motor assembly is completely still;
• suspended equipment or ladders to reach the air
heater; the equipment must comply with laws in
force;
• protective equipment (gloves, glasses, clothes).
WARNING
Tab. 2, described in the following paragraphs,
ensure the air heater is functioning properly. Do not
use an air heater in need of repair. For additional
information contact the manufacturer.
The manufacturer cannot accept any liability for
damage resulting thereof:
• have the air heater cleaned at least once a year
by qualified maintenance personnel;
