PROBLEM
Suction power is weak.
The vacuum does
not work.
Power cord doesn't
retract.
Power cord won't pull

POSSIBLE SOLUTION
If vacuum bag is full, replace it.
If clogged or blocked, remove
the object.
Insert it completely into
canister body.
Turn off and unplug the vacuum.
Check the vacuum bag and
accessories and remove any
blockages.
Tug the power cord a little until
it starts to retract.
Do not pull it out by force.
