4. Set the cycle time on the digital timer: press the button (6 Pict.2) and the button (7 Pict.2) to decrease or
increase the value. The time value is showns as minutes and seconds (m.ss) or as hours and minutes
(h.mm) depending on the set value (see the LED display). The time value can vary from a minimum of 1
second to a maximum of 10 hours.
5. Put the bags with the food inside the tank. Caution: the bags should always be completely covered by
water.

circulation pump and the heating element heats the water. The pump will remain on for all of the cooking
cycle, even when the set temperature is reached. Pressing again the START/STOP button (5 Pict.2)
stops the countdown and it will not be possible to continue it later: the timer display will revert to the value
of the cycle previously set. You can use the equipment in continuous time mode bypassing the timer, by
pressing the MANUAL button (8 Pict.2) for 3 seconds; once in MANUAL mode, by pressing the buttons (7
Pict.2) or (6 Pict.2) you can turn on or off the appliance. To return to the TIMER mode, press the
MANUAL button (8 Pict.2) for 3 seconds.
8. At the end of the countdown, the digital timer will beep and will turn off the pump and the heating element.
