Discharge Chute Assembly

1. Slide the discharge chute assembly into position, as
shown. Align the bottom of the discharge chute assembly
with the 3 tabs on the machine (Fig. 8).

2. Use the included hex key wrench to properly secure the
discharge chute with the discharge chute screw provided
(Fig. 9).

3. Raise or lower the chute deflector to the desired height of
the snow stream by hold the discharge chute handle and
press the chute deflector trigger (Fig. 10).

Chute Crank Rod Assembly
1. Slide the chute crank rod through the hole on the chute
rod retainer located on the middle handle frame (Fig. 11).

2. Insert it into the opening at the back of the housing with
holes aligned (Fig. 12).

3. Secure the crank rod in place with the cotter pin (Fig. 13).

WARNING!
Keep the area to be cleared free of stones,
toys or other foreign objects that the rotor blades might pick
up and throw. Such items could be covered by snow and are
easy to overlook, so be sure to conduct a thorough inspection
of the area before beginning work.
