Abnormal noise or vibrations:
• Loose parts or connection accessories;
• Strange elements inside the motor;
• The seals are damaged;
• The moving parts are damaged;
The compressor starts up regularly due to the
pressure drop in the tank, without any air tools
coupled or flowing from the distribution network:
• Air leak through the couplings;
• Check and retighten;
• Check and clean;
• Replace the damaged seals;
• Repair or replace;
• Let the compressor warm up until the maximum
pressure is reached and then switch off the
compressor.
If air leaks are inaudible, throw water with
detergent over all connections.
Air leaks will be exposed by the formation of air
bubbles.
Tighten the couplings where there are bubbles. If it
persists, contact technical assistance;
