When the electric trimmer is
not under load, tap the
trimmer head several times on
a grassed surface. Each
adjustment move of the head
extends the cord by approx.
30 mm. Excessively long cord
will be cut automatically by the
limiter (7) on the debris shield.

Cleaning
Clean plastic parts with a
moist rag. Aggressive cleaning
solutions could harm plastic
parts. Do not clean trimmer with water or a
high pressure washer. Clean air slots on
motor housing as needed.

Place trimmer in a convenient
and safe position with mounting
shaft pointing upwards.
Turn the anti-clogging device so that the gap
for the holding pin matches with the gap in the
anti-clogging device. Insert in holding pin and
block shaft.
Screw string head by hand onto the shaft (right
hand thread) and tighten (clockwise).
Reverse procedure for disassembly.
Place grass protector (4) on mounting shaft
with cupped side towards flange (2). Push
stop pin (1) through bore in flange and
Metalformdisc (3) to lock mounting shaft.
Screw Trimmer Head (5) by hand onto
mounting shaft (RH thread !!) and tighten.
