1. Insert the front stabilizer (3) into the adjustable front support frame (4). Attach
the foam roller tube (7) to the hole on the front stabilizer (3) and the front support
frame (4) using the lock nut (26).
2. Slide the foam roller (15) onto the foam roller tube (7). Then press the round 25 mm
end cap (12) onto the foam roller tube (7).
