quickly, we require the following
information:

– Product number (PNC)
– Serial number (S No.)
(for numbers see rating plate)
– Type of fault
– Any error messages displayed by
the appliance
– three digit letter-number combination for glass ceramic
So that you have the necessary reference numbers from your appliance
