5. Place the jug under the steam wand and turn the steam knob completely anticlockwise (at
least 135º).
6. Press for the machine to dispense 2 cups of water. Then, press
pump and wait for 5 seconds.
7. Restart the device and repeat these steps until there is no more water left in the tank (at
least 3 times).
8. Brew a coffee with tap water up to the MAX mark, without coffee powder, and repeat the
before steps until there is no more water in the tank (at least 3 times).

CAUSE
The jug is not fitted properly
