LIFTING PHASE:
By pressing the 'UP' button, the oil pump will start working, entering the hydraulic oil into the
cylinder and so the platforms will start to rise.
By releasing the 'UP' button, the oil pump stops immediately and the platforms stop rising.
LOWERING PHASE:
By pressing the 'DOWN' button, the platforms will start to descend.
By holding down the 'DOWN' button the platforms will stop at a height of about 250mm
when they have reached the lower limit switch.
By releasing the «DOWN» button and pressing «SEC. DOWN», the platforms will go down to
the closing position.
EMERGENCY STOP:
If malfunctions occur during the ascent or descent phases of the elevator, press the «EMERGENCY
STOP» button, which stops the entire operating circuit and interrupts all other operations.
PLATFORM SYNCHRONIZATION:
During the lifting and lowering of the elevator, if the platforms are not at the same level, the
photoelectric alignment device will be immediately deactivated, and will only be activated after
the platforms have been aligned at the same height.
HYDRAULIC OIL ADJUSTMENT (normal operating conditions):
After installation and calibration of the elevator is completed, the right platform is lower than
the left due to air still in the oil cylinder. When adjusting the oil circuit, the elevator should not be
operated and no weights should be placed on the platforms. The adjustment process must be
carried out as described in chapter 5 «Adjusting the oil pressure».
EMERGENCY PROCEDURE FOR PLATEFORME MANUAL
LOWERING (POWER FAILURE):
During the manual lowering of the platforms keep a close
observation of the vehicles placed on the deck until the
operation is completed. If anomalies occur during the
process, immediately close the hydraulic circuit safety valve.
The manual lowering process takes place as follows:
Set the «MAIN SWITCH» button to the «OFF» position
Display the drain valve at the side of the hydraulic pump
By slowly loosening the RED valve end, it will be noticeable
that the platforms will begin to descend.
Always check the correct floor leveling during descendant
phase.
After lowering the platforms, immediately tighten the
drain valve screw.
The manual lowering of the platforms is now completed.
