Possible Causes

Charge the battery.
Press and hold the PWR button for 2 seconds to
power on the headset.
With the power off, press and hold the MFB and
the PWR button at the same time for 2 seconds
to place the headset in Manual Pairing mode.
lncrease the volume level.
