Introduction
Audio and Video quality of the call depends
on the used hardware (i.e. Smartphone or
Tablet). Due to the diversity of available devices
and their different characteristics we cannot
guarantee a flawless audio quality using the
Behnke App. Please keep in mind that there are
different operating systems in different versions
and implementations. Each of these versions
uses specific energy saving functions so that we
cannot guarantee a permanent and uninter-
rupted functionality of the TC Behnke SIP App.
Therefore we always recommend the usage
of additional wired devices like SIP phones or
touch panels, etc. when using the Behnke App.
Please keep also in mind that this system
works with push notifications forwarded and
processed by network components and internet
services. Since we don't have an influence on
these components and services, we cannot
guarantee that you will receive the push noti-
fications in real-time. If a service on provider
side is shut down we cannot guarantee the
functionality of the app.
