7.1 Usage of the Control Panel
Heating mode (on some models)
In this mode the exhaust adaptor hose
MUST be used�
1. Press the "Modes" button until the
"Heat" indicator is lit�
2. Press the " - " & " + " Temp buttons for
desired setting�
3. Press the "fan speed" button for desired
fan speed�
4. Connected drain hose� See 7�3
Drainage section�
Cooling mode
In this mode the exhaust adaptor hose
MUST be used�
Do not use batteries other than the

3. The fan will run at the selected speed
and the display will show the room
temperature�
It is not necessary to use the
drainage hose in the "cool" mode�
