6.1 Resetting the device

Proceed as follows to reset the device to factory settings:
1. Remove the batteries from the battery compartment and disconnect
the power cable from the weather station.
2. Once the device is switched off, reconnect the power cable to the
weather station.
3. Wait for all segments to be displayed on the screen.
4. Press and hold the "WIND (+)" and "PRESSURE (-)" buttons at the
same time until the startup process is completed (about 5 seconds).
5. Replace the backup batteries.
6.2 Connecting the wireless outdoor sensor
After inserting the batteries, the weather station automatically scans and
connects to the external sensor (the sensor antenna symbol flashes).
Once the connection is successful, the antenna symbol and readings for
the outdoor temperature and humidity, as well as the wind speed, wind
direction and precipitation are shown on the LCD display.
In most cases, the connection cannot be established due to specific fac-
tors such as reinforced walls or too great a distance between the sensor
and the main unit. In this case, position the sensor and the main unit clos-
er to each other. To restart scanning, press and hold the "LIGHT/SNOOZE"
button on the main unit for about 5 seconds. You hear a beep and the
weather station reconnects to the outdoor sensor.
