Install the 5-IN-1 sensor in an open area without any obstructions around
the sensor for measuring the rain and wind accurately. Install the sensor
such that the rain collector points to the north (indicator at the top of the
station) to align the wind direction vane correctly.
Fasten the mounting stand and the bracket to a pole or mast and allow at
least 1.5 m distance from the ground.
Inserting the backup batteries
1. Open the battery compartment at the back of the weather station.
2. Insert three new 1.5V AAA batteries. Pay attention to the polarity of
the contacts.
3. Replace the battery compartment.
Note: The following data is stored if the battery is intact: Wi-Fi connection,
Time & Date, Max / Min & weather recordings of the past 24 hours, Alarm
settings, offset values of weather data and sensor(s) -channel history.
6. Initial use
Take the product out of the package and remove all the packaging mate-
rial. Open the battery compartment of the outdoor sensor and insert two
1.5V AA batteries. Then briefly press the "RESET" button at the bottom of
the outer sensor once using a pointed object.
1. Plug the mains adapter to switch on the weather station.
2. Once the weather station is switched on, all the segments of the LCD
screen are displayed.
NOTE: If nothing is displayed on the LCD after plugging in the adapter,
check if the power adapter is inserted correctly or reset the device as de-
scribed under section 6.1.
