o Remove regularly the limestone deposits forming in the basin to avoid excessive
energy consumption and reduced performance of the device. For this purpose use a
solution of water with vinegar (3:1 ratio) or a commercially available descaling agent.
Observe the instructions of manufacturers of such agents.
o After descaling, rinse the basin with clean water a few times.

7. Possible Malfunctions

In case of malfunction, disconnect the device from its power source. Before contacting
the service or sales agent, verify - based on the table below - whether it is possible to
eliminate disruption in operation.
Problem
The device is connec-
ted to an electricity
source, turned on,
temperature set, but
the green control light
does not come on
and the device does
not heat up.
The orange control
light comes on, but the
temperature in the
device does not rise.
The green standby
light comes on, but the

Solution
• Remove the plug and
reinsert it correctly
• Check the circuit breaker,
check the device by
connecting it to another
socket
• Check placement of the
circuit box
• Contact a sales agent
• Press the RESET button
on the circuit box
