Dear customer,
thank you for deciding on one of our quality products. In this
manual we will explain the functions and the handling of our
device. Please take your time to read through the manual
and follow all safety and operational instructions in order to
achieve best results. Keep this manual in a safe place and
pass it on when giving the product to a third person. If you
have suggestions or questions about this product please con-
tact your dealer or our service team. We would be delighted
if you would recommend us and wish you success with the
use of this product.
1. Designated use
The Professional Flying Insect Trap attracts insects with UV
light and then catches them with a yellow trap. Any other use
as the mentioned is not permitted! No liabilities will be taken
for damages or consequential damages or claims resulting
out of not reading and/or not following the user guide and/
or any form of modification on or in the product. Under these
circumstances, no warranty services will be granted.
2. I nformation on the operation and application
• Hang or place the device in the darkest possible area of the
room.
• Close windows and doors, and make sure that the device is
not hung or standing in the draught.
Note: the response of each insect to our insect killer may
vary. The development of our devices, methods and applica-
tion tips are based on experience, testing and feedback from
our customers. The function of attracting flying insects only
applies to insects that react to light.
2. Safety instructions
• Electrical appliances, packaging
materials, etc. do not belong in
the hands of children. Children
may not play with the device.
• The device may only be used with
the stated voltage: 230 V AC / 50 Hz
• It must be determined if the de-
vice is suitable for the respective
use.
• The device may only be used by
children over eight years and peo-
ple with reduced physical, senso-
ry or mental capabilities, or the
lack of knowledge or experience, if
they are supervised or have been
instructed in the safe use of the
device by a person responsible for
their safety and have understood
the dangers resulting out of the
use.
• This unit is suitable for indoor use
only.
• The device may only be opened or
repaired by a qualified specialist.
Disconnect the device from the
mains before opening it.
• Do not remove any stickers from
this device. The sticker may con-
tain important safety informa-
tion.
• Keep adhesive boards away from
children! (Risk of getting stuck)
Attention! Make sure that the environmental laws of your
country for the use of insect killers are followed. For envi-
ronmental reasons, the outdoor use is prohibited in many
countries as beneficial insects (such as bees) could be killed.
