1. IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

PLEASE KEEP THIS MANUAL IN A SAFE PLACE FOR
REFERENCE.
1. It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and using the KS270. Safe and efficient
use can only be achieved if the KS270 is assembled, maintained and used properly. It is your responsibi-
lity to ensure that all users of the KS270 are informed of all warnings and precautions.
2. Before starting any exercise program you should consult your doctor to determine if you have any
physical or health conditions that could create a risk to your health and safety or prevent you from using
the equipment properly. Your doctor's advice is essential if you are taking medication that affects your
heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol level.
3. Be aware of your body's signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop exer-
cising if you experience any of the following symptoms: Pain, tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeat,
extreme shortness of breath, feeling light headed, dizzy or nauseous. If you do experience any of these
conditions you should consult your doctor before continuing with your exercise program.
4. Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult use only.
5. The appliance should be attached to a sturdy doorframe. Measure your doorframe and check your
device is of the correct size. This ensures the thread will be able to build sufficient pressure in order to
carry the weight. This pull-up bar may only be used in door frames with a width of 70 - 90 cm.
6. Make sure that your device is firmly fixed and secured with the enclosed locking mechanisms before
you use it.
7. The safety level of the KS270 can only be maintained if it is regularly examined for damage and/or
wear and tear.
8. Maximum weight of the user with brackets up to 200 kg. For home use only.
9. The device is not designed to attach for instance a children's swing or something similar to it, or use it
as such. Improper use of the pull-up bar is at your own risk!
10. The pull bar should be extended evenly. Make sure that the rods extend to a maximum of 90 cm to
ensure your safety.
11. Avoid loose clothing that could possibly get stuck in the device.
12. The KS270 is not for strongly rotating movements, e.g. not designed for rollovers.
