Installation in BGB 50-110

Danger of electric shock
Risk of death due to electric shock! Prior to commencing any
installation work, isolate the boiler from the power supply and
safeguard against unintentional reconnection.
Caution
Before commencing the work, disconnect the boiler from the
heating network by closing the shut-off valves and drain the boiler
water.
1. Disconnect the boiler from the heating network by closing the shut-off
valves
2. Drain off boiler water
3. Remove the front panel
4. Remove pump replacement pipe from gas condensing boiler BGB
50-110
5. Install pump HEP 25-180-10 with the seals supplied
Important
Alternatively, the pump HEP 25-180-10 can be installed externally.
To insulate the pump in this case, if necessary, the insulating half-
shells are attached.
6. Carry out the electrical installation (see section
7. Retighten all of the threaded connections
8. Refill the boiler again
Caution
After filling the boiler, you must check all of the connection points
for leaks.
