1. Close the gas shut-off device of the gas condensing boiler
2. Disconnect the boiler from the heating network by closing the shut-off
3. Drain off boiler water
4. Remove the front panel
5. Remove gas line to gas valve
6. Remove the pump replacement pipe

8. Refit the gas line with the seals supplied

9. Carry out the electrical installation (see section

Installation in WGB 90-110
Danger
Danger to life due fire or explosion Prior to commencing any
installation work, isolate the gas supply to the gas condensing
boiler.
Danger of electric shock
Risk of death due to electric shock! Prior to commencing any
installation work, isolate the boiler from the power supply and
safeguard against unintentional reconnection.
Caution
Before commencing the work, disconnect the boiler from the
heating network by closing the shut-off valves and drain the boiler
water.
Important
Prior to installing the pump HEP 25-180-10, remove the gas line to
the boiler gas valve to permit access to the upper union nut.

Alternatively, the pump HEP 25-180-10 can be installed externally.
To insulate the pump in this case, if necessary, the insulating half-
shells are attached.
Danger
Danger to life due fire or explosion A gas leak test must be
performed before commissioning!
Caution
After filling the boiler, you must check all of the connection points
for leaks.
