VI – TROUBLESHOOTING
Causes
1. Audio cable is not properly
connected
2.Disc deformed or dirty
3. Unit is in mute status
1. Disc is bad quality, bent or
dirty.
2. Disc is not properly placed.
3. Mist is present on the lens.
1. Remote is not pointing at the
sensor window.
2. Remote is too far from the
sensor.
3. Remote batteries are weak.
1. Disc is bad quality, bent or
dirty.
2. Button misuse.
3. Electrostatic electricity is
interfering with the system
Solutions
1. Connect properly the audio
cable
2. Clean the disc
3. Press mute button again to
cancel mute
1. Clean the disc.
2. Place disc with label facing
upward.
3. Open the tray, remove disc,
and leave tray open for about 1
hour
1. Aim properly at the sensor
window.
2. Replace weak batteries.
1. Wait for 5‐10 seconds.
2. Retry operation.
3. Turn off unit 1‐2 minutes, turn
it on again.
