Tips
The shelves placed in factory mode is the most efficient use of energy for the refrigerating appliances. Your
appliance can hold up to 28 bottles.
When the surrounding temperature is 25°C and the wine cooler has no bottle loaded, it will take around
30 minutes to increase the wine cooler's temperature from 5°C to 12°C. Under the same circumstance, it
will take around one hour to decrease the wine cooler's temperature from 12°C to 5°C. The less the
temperature span is, the less time it will take.
The wine cooler is recommended to be designed at 12°C. If the setting temperature is higher than 12°C,
the energy consumption will be lower. If the setting temperature is lower than 12°C, the energy
consumption will be higher.
Important information about the serving temperature of wine
Your appliance has been designed to allow you to set desired serving temperature of your wine. Each wine
varietal is served at a different ideal temperature.
The temperature is adjustable from 5-18 ˚C. Unless the wine producer recommends a different temperature for
your particular wine, champagne should be served at 7˚C, white wine should be served at 12˚C and red wine
should be served at 18˚C (see table in "Wine service temperatures").
Some wines can be served young (2 to 3 years), while others are much better aged (10 years and older). Each
wine peaks at a different age. Check the ideal drinking age for your wine with your wine merchant.
