CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning or restarting, unplug at the socket.
Never use abrasive products or sponges with scrapers for cleaning inside or outside your device.
Remove all accessories (e.g., shelves). Wash them with lukewarm water with a mild, odorless detergent (an
unscented dish liquid, for example), rinse with water containing bleach and dry thoroughly.
Wash the interior walls in the same way; take special care of the shelves.
Wash the door seal without omitting to clean also under the door seal.
Reconnect the device and get it back into operation.
Important!
When the appliance is not used:
Unplug the appliance.
Remove all objects inside.
Clean and dry the interior space of the appliance per the above instructions.
Leave the door slightly ajar to avoid mold.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Some issues can be easily resolved. Before using after-sales service or a repairman, please see the following
table:

Error code
If your appliance doesn't seem to be working normally, unplug the device for a few minutes, then plug it in again
to reset the appliance.
If the problem persists or for any other problems occurring at your device: contact the After-Sale Service.
Any service or repair on the cooling process must be carried out by a licensed professional who will have to carry
out an inspection of the refrigeration circuit.
Similarly, any service or repairs on the electrical circuit must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
Note: Any repair by an unlicensed technician will result in cancellation of the warranty.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
Is the power on?
Is the power supply voltage too low?
Whether the ground is flat or the applilance is placed stably ?
If the product in contact with external objects or walls ?
Improper temperature setting, please select the appropriate temperature.
The door is not closed tightly or opened frequently, and the opening time is
too long.
Is the location exposed to direct sunlight or too close to the furnace and
other heat sources?
Poor heat dissipation, please check whether there is enough cooling space
around the product.
EE: "EE" is displayed when the temperature probe is short-circuited or
disconnected, flashes, and cooling is stopped.
LL: When the temperature measured by the temperature probe is lower
than 0 degrees Celsius, "LL" is displayed, flashing, and the cooling is stopped.
HH: When the temperature measured by the temperature probe is higher
than 37 degrees Celsius, "HH" is displayed, flashing, and cooling is stopped.
