TESTING THE SAFETIES OF THE MACHINE
For your safety, do not put your hands on the tables, make sure there is nothing on
them. Remove any moldings from the machine.
Press the pedal and check that the clamps are moving forward then backwards as soon
as the pedal is released.
If not, contact your local agent to replace the pedal assembly.

Remove the wedges from the machines, refer to chapter I.3.H LOADING OF THE WEDGES
(page 15).
Press the pedal, keep the pedal pressed. While doing so, press the shooting button. The
machine shouldn't try to shoot with no moulding. If it tries to staple, then contact your
local agent for repair.
In case of problem, it is possible to release the pedal or the shotting button to interrupt the joining process. If
a wedges was engaged in the distribution block, apply procedure I.5.E UNJAMMING THE MACHINE (page
21) to remove that wedge.
Make sure the machine is complete and that no part was removed, all side panels must be closed and all
screws in place. In case of missing item, use exploded views to order the missing part. Missing side panel will
expose moving part which is dangerous for operators.

No wedges is inserted into moulding:
> Cartridge is empty.
> There is some dirt in the distributor block which doesn't allow the wedges to be shoot (wedges will not be at the right place and
won't be pushed by the hammer).
