USING THE DRY GRINDING WHEEL

Hold the work piece to the grinding
wheel

at an adecuate angle.
FILLING / DRAINING WATER BATH

Insert the drain plug into the hole in
the lower part of the water bath 4. Use
only tap water, only fill below the drive
spindle 5. Wipe any spillage from the
machine.
CHECKING NEW GRINDING WHEEL

Visually check the new grinding wheel
for damages. Percuss the grinding
wheel using a non-metallic tool. A fault-
free grinding disk gives a clear sound,
a damaged one gives a dull or rattling
sound.
REPLACING GRINDING WHEEL

Remove the wheel guard

by remov-
ing the securing bolts 11.

Hold the grinding wheel

remove the locking nut.
REPLACING WET GRINDING WHEEL

Remove the water bath securing
screws

and remove the water bath 4.

Hold the wet grinding wheel
and remove the locking nut.

USING THE WET GRINDING WHEEL

Hold the work piece to the wet grinding
wheel

at an adecuate angle.

After use place a suitable container
beneath the water bath 4, remove the
drain plug from the hole. Dispose of the
water in a reasonable way.
Caution! Only use grinding wheels
that are in good condition. Make
sure the replacement wheels match the re-
quirements stated in the technical data!

Replace the grinding wheel and clean
the parts before reinstalling them ac-
cording to the picture.
Caution! Switch off and unplug the
grinder first. Wait for the grinding
wheels to stop rotating.
