CLEANING AND STORAGE

Disconnect the power plug before cleaning the appliance and allow it to cool down completely
before any cleaning operation. Note that some food residues should be removed immediately
after the appliance has been disconnected. Be careful as the appliance is extremely hot during
and immediately after baking.
The appliance is not water proof. Do not soak in water or in any other liquid. Do not sprinkle
water over it.
The surface of appliance can be cleaned by using a damp cloth, and let it dry thoroughly
afterwards.
The cooking plates can be cleaned by using a damp cloth or soft brush with mild detergent,
then wipe with damp cloth. Never clean with poisonous, corrosive detergent or harsh clean
tools like scouring pad to avoid damage on the non-stick plate coating.
Storage
1. Wait until the appliance is completely cooled down and dried.
2. To avoid damaging the cord, never wrap the power cord around the appliance or having the
power cord under any pressure.
3. This appliance is designed to stand on the side. Store the appliance in a dry and ventilated
place, away from sources of heat and direct sunlight.

Ingredients:
Self-raising powder 200g
Egg 2pcs
Milk 350ml
Melted unsalted butter 100g
Sugar 40g
Vanilla extract 1tsp
How to make:
1. Sift the flour in a large bowl and combine with sugar.
2. Whisk the egg yolk, milk, butter and vanilla extract until well combined.
3. Add the sifted flour to the egg mixture in 2 times, whisk to form the batter.
4. Beat the egg white unit a stiff peak is formed. Gently fold the egg white to the batter.
5. Preheat the appliance, then fill each cavity with batter. After baking 4-6 minutes, take out the
waffle. Let it cool down before serve.
