Note: This product cannot be opened to 180°
USE
IMPORTANT: It must be correctly installed to avoid the hot plates being dislocated while baking.
• Place the appliance on a stable and heat resistant surface, and ensure it is unplugged.
• Pull out the handle clip gently, and open the lid.
• Install the lower plate and upper plate respectively.
• Slide the tabs of plate into the tab slots precisely.
• Sightly push down the plate catches on either side of the appliance.
• At the same time, press the plate down into the main until. You will hear a "click" sound
which indicates the plate is well locked.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT touch the appliance and the plates directly as it is extremely hot. Also,
steam may escape from either side, use an oven mitt when opening the lid to prevent accidents
or burns.
• Plug the power cord.
• Spread a layer of butter or cooking oil on the plates with a paper towel or cooking brush
before baking.
• Close the lid and slide the handle clip downwards to lock.
• The red indication light will illuminate when preheating,
• Preheat the appliance until the red indication light turns off, and it is ready to bake.
• Fill the grill plate with ingredient or batter you have prepared, then close the lid and lock the
handle clip.
• Gently flip over the appliance if needed. It makes the batter spread more evenly. Do not
slam the lid down as it may cause the batter to spill.
ATTENTION: Always unplug the appliance when not in use.
NOTE: The red indicator light would glow and off during baking, which is normal. It indicates
insufficient temperature, and the appliance will reheat automatically.
• The grill plates and the plate catches are extremely hot in operation. Please make sure the
unit is completely cooled down before taking out the grill plates.
• Sightly push down the plate catches at either side of the appliance. The plate will pop up.
• Lift up the plates and pull it towards yourself without damaging the tabs and tab slots
