1. Necessary preparatory work on the vehicle
- Print out fault memory
- Disconnect battery
- Remove glove compartment
- Remove footwell trim, left and right
- Remove radio
- Remove stowage compartment insert under heater/air conditioner control panel
- Remove stowage compartment with cigarette lighter. This part is to be deleted
Cigarette lighter and switch will be incorporated into monitor console
- Remove instrument cluster
- Remove left-hand A-pillar trim panel
